Jenni is a Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner and Assistant Trainer, offering classes and individual consultations. Using small, gentle movements of the skeleton, this powerful modality can re-introduce ease of movement and reduce habitual tension patterns. It is ideal for people with chronic or persistent pain, instability, sleep difficulties or who would like to get more from their bodies. Jenni is also a Trainer in NLP and skilled in helping adults and children optimise their thinking patterns to achieve their outcomes in life, to improve their learning strategies or to explore future options.

. Daniel is both a Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner and a Remedial Massage Therapist. He is experienced and skilled in adjusting his touch to suit your needs.
