What does a session look likeIndividual sessions take around an hour to assess and determine where movement and ease may be enhanced. Shorter sessions may be suitable for children or those with acute pain. Practitioners work with a holistic approach to both local and global issues. The practitioner utilises movement patterns and strategies to help the body learn to move with ease. |
